Avocado Grilled Cheese

I saw somewhere in blog land an Avocado Grilled Cheese, so I decided to make me one. I was pretty good, you may enjoy this if you like avocados. For each sandwich I used: 2 slices of rye bread, 1/2 of an avocado, 1 slice of American cheese, and 1 slice of Monterrey Jack cheese. I spread a little mayonnaise on each slice of bread layered avocado between the two different cheese, and butter the outside of the bread. Brown each side of bread in a skillet over medium heat until brown and cheese is melted. Enjoy!

Yum! I love avocado on everything. I think that even if someone thinks they don't like avocado, they should try it in a grilled cheese! Instead of tasting like a "vegetable" was added, it just adds to the creamy cheesiness!

I just started eating avocado and really like it. It just has to be good in a grilled cheese.
