Seafood Crab Salad - Show Your Stuff #17


It is another edition of Show Your Stuff! There are lot of great stuff out there in blog land! So go visit your blog neighbor when you link up. I am sharing my husband's Seafood Crab Salad. It was a big hit yesterday our Lenten church function.
Seafood crab salad

12oz Small bowtie pasta (cooked, drained, and cooled)
8oz Imitation crab meat
4oz salad shrimp
1 green pepper diced
1 pint grape tomatoes (cleaned and washed)
8oz Colby cheese (small cubes)
½ cup Mayonnaise
½ cup ranch dressing
1t Salt
1t pepper
1T oregano
1/2t garlic powder
Cook pasta, while pasta is cooking clean and dice Pepper, crab meat, and cheese. Mix Crabmeat, shrimp, pepper, tomatoes, and cheese, toss and set aside. In separate bowl mix mayonnaise, ranch, and all spices, mix well and set aside. After pasta is cooked cool by running under cold water, drain well, add crab mix, stir, add dressing, mix well and serve cold.
